Labeling and separation
A promoted ad, a sponsorship, or commercial content will be clearly marked everywhere it appears. Payment does not change a moderation decision, a community rating, or the order of content that is not ad space.
Back to top ↑Advertiser responsibility
The advertiser is responsible for accuracy, content rights, price, documents, taxes, and delivery of the product or service. Misrepresentation, prohibited products, unlawful discrimination, impersonation, collection without consent, and spam are prohibited.
Back to top ↑Role of the platform
Ad approval is a limited advertising review, not full verification of the advertiser or a guarantee of the transaction. A business or service-provider verification mark refers only to the evidence reviewed and the date of that review.
Back to top ↑Price, fee and payment
The price and the fee are shown before payment. A full card number is not stored on the site. A payment counts as received only after the payment company confirms it.
Back to top ↑Cancellation, refunds, and consumer rights
When a transaction is subject to consumer-protection law, the disclosure document, cancellation methods, deadlines, cancellation fees, and refund will be determined by the transaction type and applicable law. The payment provider and advertiser must provide a documented cancellation and refund process; these terms do not limit any non-waivable right.
Back to top ↑Complaint and takedown
You can report an ad, rating, or advertiser. The operator may stop promotion, suspend publication, retain evidence, and forward a report to a competent authority when required.
