This policy describes what information the site collects and what is done with it. If we add an outside provider in the future — hosting, email, text messages, payment or measurement — we'll add its details here before it starts running.

What data is collected

Account details and verification; membership choices and permissions; content, replies, and messages; reports and appeals; ad or directory details; consents and preferences; operational, security, device, and network-address data as needed for protection; and transaction data that does not include a full card number.

Required data, choice and consent

Providing information is generally voluntary, but the requested action cannot be provided without fields marked as required. Consent to analytics, a waitlist, or marketing is separate from basic use and may be withdrawn going forward.

Purposes of use

Account and community operation; permissions and safety; delivery of messages you requested; handling an inquiry, report, or appeal; publishing and managing boards; fraud and abuse prevention; security, backups, auditing, service improvement, and legal compliance.

Disclosure and access

Information is available only by role, area, and need. It may be shared with a service provider bound by contract, with a competent authority as required by law, or to protect rights and safety. Personal information is never sold, and private message content is never handed to advertisers.

Sensitive data and private messages

Verification documents and phone numbers are kept encrypted, and access to them is limited. An administrator reads a private message only when it reaches them in a report. Do not send passwords, verification codes, a card number, or a medical document we did not ask for through the site.

Retention and deletion

Information is kept as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, for a security obligation, for a dispute, or by law. The content of private messages is hidden after 180 days. Security data is kept for at least 24 months, and reports, action records and transactions may be kept longer for record-keeping and defense.

Access, correction, export and deletion

You can ask to see your personal information, correct it, receive a copy of it or delete it. Information we are required to keep — for security, for a report, for a transaction or for legal defense — is not deleted right away, and we will explain to you what is kept and why.

Data security and incidents

Information is protected by accepted means, and access to it is limited by role. No system is completely secure; a serious security incident will be handled and reported to the competent authority as required by law.

Minors

The community is not intended to deliberately collect sensitive information from minors. The minimum account age is: 13. Information about a minor must not be provided contrary to law, and an appropriate consent process is required where applicable.
