The three participant levels

The forum has 3 participant levels: registered, full membership, and members of the VIP club. Members of the city — residents, family members, businesses and service providers — are entitled to upgrade to full membership at no cost.

Agreement and scope of service

Using the site, opening an account, or publishing content constitutes acceptance of these terms, the community rules, and the privacy policy. Anyone who disagrees should not open an account or publish content.

Account, eligibility and security

Provide accurate details, keep your sign-in details safe, and do not pass your account to anyone else. Full membership, staff permissions and access to closed sections are granted only after approval.

Content and rights

Content rights remain with the author. By publishing, the author grants the operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, back up, technically adapt, and distribute the content within the service and its search outputs, solely to operate and protect the community.

Do not publish content you have no right to publish, infringing material, malicious code, access credentials, confidential information, or content prohibited by law.

Administration and enforcement

The operator may review reports, change classifications, hide or remove content, and restrict accounts. Decisions are based on community rules, the scope of authority, and available evidence; this does not create an obligation to pre-screen all content.

Availability and Shabbat

The service is provided as is, and it may change or stop for maintenance, security or legal reasons. On Shabbat and holidays you can read, and writing and payment actions wait until Shabbat or the holiday ends.

Liability and reliance

Member content, ads, ratings, and links are not endorsements by the operator. Before a transaction or a medical, legal, or financial decision, conduct an independent review and obtain appropriate advice. These terms do not limit any mandatory right under applicable law.

Ending use and changes

You may stop using the service and request that your information be handled under the privacy policy. A material change to the terms will be displayed on the site with an update date; continued use after it takes effect is subject to applicable law and the notice provided.

Applicable law and contact

The service is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Jurisdiction is determined under applicable law without limiting non-waivable consumer rights.
